Due to COVID-19 Employers will be eligible to receive and incentive payment for each new apprentice they hire.
This is in addition to the existing £1,000 payment the government already provides for new 16 - 18-year-old apprentices and those aged under 25 with an Education, Health and Care Plan.
The Government also plans to triple participation in traineeships by funding employers who provide trainees with work experience at a rate of £1,000 per trainee.
To claim these extra incentives you MUST have an Apprenticeship Digital Account and your Apprentice set up on the account
You must claim these using your digital account, your provider is not able to do this for you!
